Junto ao portão aparecem: 3 – Álvaro Carvalho Nicofé; 4 – Lothar Friedrich (Prefeito Municipal); 5 – Syrtho Nicô (Comandante do Quartel); Ministrando a cerimônia religiosa encontra-se o Frei Gabriel. Aparecem ainda presentes, Wandroaldo Vieira Kopf e Ademar Porto Alegre.
